Protective Frame for the Icom IC-705
The transport cover can be made in any of the colors we have available, so you can either match the color of your frame or select a contrasting color for easy visibility.

Side rails provide protection for the front panel controls. 
The frame surrounds the front bezel of the radio, but does not interfere with access to the side panel connections. 
The frame is held by a bottom bracket that attaches securely to the underside of the radio with 4 screws. 
The handle folds down when not in use. 
Assembly is straight forward requiring only hand tools. All hardware is included in the kit.

This sturdy frame protects the front panel of the IC-705, and also provide a convenient carry handle.The base is tilted back 14 degrees to provide a convenient viewing angle. The kit includes a screen cover to protect the rig during transport or storage.
This frame is available as a print-to-order kit. Assembly is straightforward, requiring only a set of metric hex keys and an adjustable wrench. You can view the assembly manual here:
